Some tougheners are unable to produce glass to accommodate the standard MANET Roller assembly. This is due to the hole spacing required for fixing. If you experience this problem please use the 29.399 Roller version which features a 75mm spacing as opposed to the 55mm standard.

Generally this problem will be a result of either an insufficiently fastened carrier clamp, or the fitting has the wrong gasket thickness. For 8mm glass both the 1mm and 2mm gasket should be used either side of the glass panel. For 10mm glass the 2mm gasket should be used on either side of the glass, and for 12mm glass only the 1mm gasket should be used on either side of the glass.
